Home Team Luxury Realty (HTLR), part of The Rise Collective, is seeking a Real Estate Agent — Luxury + STR Investment Specialist in the Poconos, PA. This independent contractor role offers commission-based earnings and access to a national investor-lead network.

As a 1099 agent, you will deliver high-trust client experiences, manage STR diligence and deal execution, and drive growth within a specialized STR ecosystem. HTLR supports leadership opportunities as we expand.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in the assigned state/market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• High integrity and client-first professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Conduct buyer consultations and intake; clarify buy box, financing readiness, and STR intent.
• Provide consultative guidance around STR feasibility and market dynamics (without practicing law).
• Manage all stages: showings → offer strategy → negotiation → contract execution → contingency management → close.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title/attorneys, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain on-time deadlines and accurate documentation.
