Home Team Luxury Realty (HTLR), part of The Rise Collective, is seeking a Realtor- Real Estate Agent for the Columbus, OH market. This Independent Contractor role targets STR investors and luxury property transactions with access to a national investor lead engine.

You will deliver high-trust client experiences, advising on regulations, permits, and investment viability while managing contract execution from offer to close.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in assigned state/market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and transaction management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buyer consultations and intake; clarify buy box, financing readiness, and STR intent.
• Provide consultative guidance around STR feasibility and market dynamics.
• Manage all stages: showings → offer strategy → negotiation → contract execution → contingency management → close.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title/attorneys, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain on-time deadlines and accurate documentation.
• Identify STR risk areas: HOA/CC&Rs, local STR rules, permitting considerations, zoning overlays, property constraints.
