Home Team Luxury Realty (HTLR), part of The Rise Collective, is seeking a Realtor in Broken Bow, OK, to join as a Luxury + STR Investment Specialist. This independent contractor role (1099) leverages HTLR's STR-focused brokerage model to serve national investors through a network of in-brokerage and referral partners.

You will deliver high-trust client experiences, guide on regulations and permitting, manage contracts from showings to close, and help build a high-performing STR investment roster

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in assigned state/market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• High integrity and client-first professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory & conversion: conduct buyer consultations, clarify STR buy box and financing readiness.
• Transaction execution: manage all stages from showings to close and coordinate with lenders/title.
• STR-specific diligence: identify STR risk areas including HOA, permitting, zoning.
• Process & reporting: track pipeline, maintain CRM updates and professional communication.
