Job summary

Gucci in New York seeks a Store Planning CAPEX Procurement Senior Manager to optimize indirect procurement across the Americas. You will lead regional sourcing, drive cost savings, and align with Global Store Planning HQ.

Requirements include 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, MSAs/contracts expertise, and proficiency with SAP Ariba/Coupa, Excel, and PowerPoint. Luxury retail construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Mastery of RFx processes, advanced negotiation tactics, and end-to-end contract management.
• Experience in luxury retail real estate or high-end store construction preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and KPI communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management for general contractors, architects, and millworkers.
• Manage RFx events, bid leveling, and negotiations with vendors.
• Draft and manage MSAs and contracts with legal counsel.
• Develop centralized construction contractor database and track KPIs to reduce TCO.
• Collaborate with Global Store Planning Procurement to implement regional policies.
