Job summary

Fendi Operations Manager at King of Prussia, PA will oversee store operations, drive sales objectives, manage team scheduling, and uphold merchandising standards. You will partner with Store Leaders to share critical business knowledge and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role requires at least 5 years in high‑volume luxury retail, 3+ years in store operations, proficiency with POS and inventory systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
• Ability to run schedules and deadlines.
• Intermediate level digital literacy; ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate store operations per Company policy.
• Operate POS system for stock transfer, payments, stock inquiries and customer data input.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Maintain store facility, lighting, and fixtures; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Control store expenses, cash levels, credit card processing, and payroll per policy.
• Lead inventories and cycle counts; complete monthly audits.
• Collaborate with LP on risk management, security, and store cash controls.
• Manage shipping/receiving and omni product transfers.
• Schedule staff and ensure HR paperwork is processed timely.
