Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in San Diego seeks a Store Manager to own the business, lead the team, manage merchandise, and achieve store targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will oversee store performance, drive events, coordinate with partners, and build a strong private appointment culture, with a focus on CRM and VIP engagement. This is a full-time leadership role in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Must have flexible schedule: some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales performance for overall business.
• Develop a sales strategy, working cross-functionally with corporate partners.
• Be present on the sales floor, empowering staff to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Retail Events team for local events.
• Lead customer service quality and mentor the team.
• Build dedicated CRM, VIP relationships, and private appointment culture.
• Oversee store operations, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Plan events/incentives to grow the business.
