Montblanc in Houston is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain boutique operations and manage inventory efficiently. You will ensure stock accuracy, process deliveries, and support both the stockroom and the sales floor while upholding luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury products is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
• Able to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lb regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and on-the-floor stocks, ensuring impeccable state at all times.
• Receive deliveries from central warehouse and inspect on receipt.
• Manage boutique email inbox and coordinate stock transfers/returns.
• Support sales floor and interact with clients when necessary.
• Participate in daily team briefings and communicate deliveries and stock updates.
• Assist with stock requests and share inventory results with finance.
• Coordinate with other stores on best practices and issues encountered.
• Help formalize and update operating procedures for stock, cash desk, and security.
• Provide admin support for couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
