Job summary

AMIRI in Atlanta seeks a Store Manager for its Phipps Plaza location. You will lead a high-end team, uphold AMIRI's brand standards, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role demands strong leadership, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Key responsibilities include optimizing store operations, training staff, ensuring compliance, and partnering with HQ Retail on promotions and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management.
• Strong familiarity with the AMIRI brand, aesthetic, and narrative.
• Experience working locally.
• Strong familiarity with local and federal labor laws.
• Strong systems proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and general CRM and POS.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs.
• Additional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate team to achieve all sales targets and build a strong client base.
• Partner with HQ Retail to analyze sales figures and CRM activity to set goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate sales and meet targets.
• Oversee in-store displays and events with VM and Brand.
• Monitor local luxury market trends and competitors.
