Job summary

AMIRI is seeking an Operations Manager for its upcoming North Georgia Premium Outlets retail store. You will oversee all operations, including inventory, safety training, shipping/receiving, audits, and SOP compliance in partnership with Corporate Retail Ops.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury operations with leadership experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while lifting up to 25 lbs. This role requires on-site work in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury Operations.
• 3 years leadership experience required.
• Experience in luxury environment required.
• Proficient shipping and receiving experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, Mac proficient.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 25lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for, lead, and perform all store inventories (cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Manage all stock adjustments and back-of-house organization.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes and accuracy of merchandise movement.
• Liaise with Retail Ops to address safety/maintenance needs and compliance.
• Serve as Store Safety Lead and complete monthly trainings.
• Assist GM/AGM with monthly scheduling and attendance.
• Train staff on operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure floor restocking and back-of-house space efficiency.
