ANINE BING is seeking a Store Manager for our South Coast Plaza location in Costa Mesa, overseeing client experience, team development, and store operations. You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and partner with HQ to execute community events and seasonal merchandising directives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of luxury retail leadership, excels in client relationships, and drives sales through strategic planning, training, and a premium customer experience.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive, positive handling of customer concerns.
• Proficient in managing sales goals, budgeting, and retail math.
• Strong coaching and performance management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead ASM, Stylists, and Operational support to deliver an exceptional and luxurious in-store experience.
• Foster a Clienteling Mindset, driving appointment selling and loyal repeat clients.
• Analyze KPI reporting to understand business results and create strategies to drive performance goals and objectives.
• Take ownership of hiring top talent and ongoing training/development of the team in a flagship store setting.
• Collaborate with HQ retail team to plan community events and build relationships with partners.
• Maintain clean, organized presentation of the sales floor and stockroom; support merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations; manage monthly store supply budget, online fulfillment, and FOH/BOH functionality.
