Job summary

TWP is seeking a Store Manager for our flagship Soho location to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees store operations, coaches a high-performing team, and ensures brand standards and profitability.

The candidate will cultivate long-lasting client relationships, leverage training tools, and manage diverse responsibilities across Human Resources, Operations, Client Services, and Visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required in fashion/retail.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience with Soho, NYC retail.
• Demonstrated relationship-driven selling and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals with exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Leverage selling culture and training tools to meet KPI expectations.
• Understand each department and communicate needs across teams.
• Learn collections and build stronger stylists while preserving brand lineage.
• Lead by example, coach staff, and foster strong client relationships.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to inspire the sales team.
• Maintain organization and merchandise flow front/back of house.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new hires.
• Support HR, Operations, Client Services, and Visuals as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand and promotes teamwork.
