Louis Vuitton Palm Beach is seeking a highly strategic Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique, drive commercial performance, develop talent, and elevate client experiences. Reporting to the Retail Director, you will set priorities, coach the team, and ensure excellence in operations and service.

The successful candidate will embody agile leadership, build high-performing teams, and align brand values with daily store performance.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Leadership & Performance: Drive store commercial vision, priorities, sales, productivity, and profitability aligned with Maison objectives.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team and store population with a culture of trust and accountability.
Client Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure elevated, personalized service and effective resolution of client concerns.
Operational Excellence & Retail Standards: Ensure boutique standards, scheduling, stock flow, compliance, and a safe, elevated environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Agility: Collaborate with regional and corporate partners to support priorities and adapt to changing needs.
