Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Store Manager for our Las Vegas Forum boutique. The role leads a single store, enforcing brand standards, managing staff and processes to maximize sales while preserving the luxury image.

The Store Manager oversees training, staff development, scheduling, merchandising, stock control and client service, driving performance and growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment on the Las Vegas Strip. Location: USA – LAS VEGAS, NV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of High-Volume Retail Management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving attitude.
• Able to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Store Sales Goals.
• Control of Store expenses.
• Assure exemplary levels of client service through coaching of the staff and development of clients.
• Assure stock fill-in on basics and purchase assortment to achieve Store goals.
• Merchandise presentation to maintain the direction of the collection and maximize sales.
• Maintain overall Store presentation including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Professionalism and Organization.
• Smooth Store operations through confident decision-making with knowledge of resources.
• Inventory control.
• Effective staff management through coaching and development
• Recruitment of the best candidates.
• Training and Development is 25% of the Manager’s job.
• Prepare personnel development plans with measurable goals.
• Create an environment with morale and team spirit; encourage group activities and employee benefits.
• Ensure adequate coverage levels through schedules and synchronization with Corporate.
• Conduct weekly store meetings to review priorities and performance.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, staff and Corporate Office.
