• Achieve Store Sales Goals through effective leadership and coaching.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training and development.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure proper management presence.
• Lead weekly store meetings and communicate sales priorities.
