Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana USA – Livermore Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store and uphold the brand’s luxury image. You will drive sales, control expenses, coach staff, maintain stock levels and assortment, and ensure excellent client service across all departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high‑volume luxury retail management, superb organizational skills, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of High-Volume Retail Management experience, preferably in the luxury sector
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Able to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Achieve Store Sales Goals.
• Control Store expenses.
• Assure exemplary levels of client service through coaching and staff development.
• Assure stock fill-in on basics and purchase assortment to achieve Store goals.
• Merchandise presentation to maintain the direction of the collection and maximize sales.
• Maintain overall Store presentation including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Professionalism and Organization.
• Smooth Store operations through confident decision-making and scheduling oversight.
• Inventory control.
• Effective staff management through coaching and development.
• Recruitment of the best candidates and training oversight.
• Create an environment with high morale and team spirit.
• Ensure training coverage and personnel development plans.
