Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Store Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead a high-performing luxury retail team. You will drive store sales, manage client relationships, and execute brand initiatives on the floor.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring exceptional service and brand standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of retail management experience (luxury preferred), and the ability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Retail Management experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development and relations.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Impeccable communication skills at all levels, with team, executive leadership team, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to stand and walk for a majority of a 40-hour workweek.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver exceptional client service and manage store operations efficiently.

• Oversee visual merchandising and stock management to maximize sell-through.
• Monitor expenses and manage the store budget while protecting company assets.
