Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations at the Soho location. You will lead by example to maximize sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store reflects the brand's romantic, whimsical aesthetic.

You will recruit, train and motivate a team of sales associates, manage inventory and visual presentation, and uphold loss prevention and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused with ownership of store performance.
• Based at the Soho location with open weekends and holidays.
