LoveShackFancy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to support the Store Manager in daily operations at the Soho flagship. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards and store presentation.

The role requires at least three years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff. Open availability including weekends and holidays is expected; this is a full-time, in-store

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed store productivity and sales goals.
• Model exceptional customer service and coach staff to do the same.
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain quality sales associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Open/close procedures and daily paperwork reconciliation.
• Protect store assets and inventory; report shrinkage.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Client book management and clienteling.
