Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual productivity and sales goals.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding the store's productivity and sales goals.
• Set an example of exceptional customer service and coach staff.
• Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and retaining quality sales associates.
• Evaluate individual performances against goals.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures including cash handling and paperwork.
• Protect store assets and inventory; report shrinkage.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Client book management and clienteling.
