Job summary

Giorgio Armani in San Francisco seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead our luxury store team on the sales floor and behind the scenes. You will drive revenue, shape client experiences, mentor talent, and ensure efficient store operations daily.

You will influence merchandising and marketing strategies, maintain exceptional standards, and model integrity and strategic thinking, with accountability for labor and supply budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in retail management.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience with buying and merchandising preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners.
• Experience delivering Sales Management trainings.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) considered a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
