Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a luxury store team and drive revenue. You will work with the General Manager on strategy, merchandising and client relationships, while ensuring an outstanding client experience on the floor.

Your leadership will shape store performance, and you will be responsible for end-to-end operations, including budgeting and communications across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar retail management role.
• College/post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to influence partners.
• Experience delivering sales management trainings and presentations.
• Proficiency with retail systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store operations and team performance.
• Collaborate with General Manager on merchandising, marketing and client relations.
• Manage labor and supply budgets to achieve revenue goals.
