The General Manager at Prada Group is a role model and brand ambassador responsible for all aspects of the store business and partnerships within department store environments.

They maximize overall store performance, coach the entire team, and ensure succession plans and internal growth. Prada Group promotes an inclusive workplace and excellence through collaboration with PR/Events/Marketing to cultivate brand awareness and client loyalty.

Competenze

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
