Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a part‑time Spa Coordinator/Receptionist to coordinate appointments, support spa operations and anticipate guest needs with the level of service that defines our luxury brand.

You’ll join a team that values organization, attention to detail and guest‑focused hospitality, working approximately 25 hours per week with morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts in a premium spa environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spa software systems such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS, preferably.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests and guiding spa services and amenities.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communications; manage appointments and maintain booking records.
• Support daily spa operations by coordinating with therapists, attendants, housekeeping, and engineering teams.
• Handle payments, promote spa retail products, maintain inventory, and manage guest materials and lost‑and‑found items.
