Job summary

The Langham Chicago Spa is seeking a diligent attendant to maintain the cleanliness of the Chuan Spa and adjacent areas while delivering outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include cleaning sinks, toilets, floors, and fixtures, and restocking supplies as directed by management.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and have prior hotel or spa experience preferred. This on-site role offers opportunities within a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hotel and spa experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English.
• Ability to work alone within routine.

Responsibilities

• Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, and stalls using approved cleaners.
• Restock products and supplies as directed by management.
• Maintain spa and adjacent areas in impeccable condition.
• Ensure locker rooms and saunas are clean and stocked.
• Enforce posted rules on pool deck and guest safety guidance.
• Attend mandatory in-services and department meetings.
• Perform opening or closing duties as required.
