Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Massage Therapists. The role requires delivering signature massages and body treatments within our luxury spa environment while upholding The Woodhouse Way.

We seek passionate, professional therapists with NC license, strong guest service orientation, and a commitment to ongoing education and retention of guests through exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current Massage license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to assess guests' needs and wants.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Neat and professional appearance per Woodhouse Spa dress code.
• Physical strength to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy and body treatments according to Woodhouse protocols.
• Educate guests on benefits and recommend products for home use.
• Promote services and provide enhancement treatments.
• Maintain Woodhouse standards and act as an ambassador of the Woodhouse Brand.
• Attend continuing education to improve skills and stay current.
