Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Massage Therapists. The role requires delivering signature massages and body treatments within our luxury spa environment while upholding The Woodhouse Way.

We seek passionate, professional therapists with NC license, strong guest service orientation, and a commitment to ongoing education and retention of guests through exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

Maintains a current Massage license in North Carolina.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to assess guests' needs and wants.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Neat and professional appearance per Woodhouse Spa dress code.
Physical strength to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform massage therapy and body treatments according to Woodhouse protocols.
Educate guests on benefits and recommend products for home use.
Promote services and provide enhancement treatments.
Maintain Woodhouse standards and act as an ambassador of the Woodhouse Brand.
Attend continuing education to improve skills and stay current.

Responsibilities

Massage Therapists are responsible for obtaining the education and licensure required to perform bodywork services within North Carolina. They are expected to perform massage therapy and body treatments according to the treatment protocols provided. In addition to possessing knowledge and expertise in massage and body treatments, they should also be comfortable recommending enhancements and retail products. Woodhouse Spa Massage Therapists work closely with other team members to ensure that each guest's experience exceeds Woodhouse Spa standards.

More Specifically, Our Masterful Massage Therapist

Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
Promotes all the great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
Has a most recent and up to date massage license (NC please)
Provides consistent and stellar treatments 5-6 different massages/body treatments per day
Is an advocate of the Woodhouse Brand, making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
