The Woodhouse Day Spa Wilmington is hiring Full Time and Part Time Massage Therapists. Must hold a current North Carolina massage license and be committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current North Carolina massage license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assess guest needs.

• Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday hours.
• Neat, professional appearance per Woodhouse Spa dress code.
• Physical strength to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy and body treatments following Woodhouse protocols.
• Educate guests on benefits and home-use products; recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest experiences meet Woodhouse standards.
• Provide 5-6 massages/body treatments per day.
• Prepare treatment areas to Woodhouse standards and uphold brand image.
• Continuously improve skills through ongoing education.

Responsibilities

Massage Therapists are responsible for obtaining the education and licensure required to perform bodywork services within North Carolina. They are expected to perform massage therapy and body treatments according to the treatment protocols provided. In addition to possessing knowledge and expertise in massage and body treatments, they should also be comfortable recommending enhancements and retail products. Woodhouse Spa Massage Therapists work closely with other team members to ensure that each guest's experience exceeds Woodhouse Spa standards.

More specifically, our masterful Massage Therapist:

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home usei>
• Promotes all the great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Has a most recent and up to date massage license (NC please)
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments 5-6 different massages/body treatments per day
• Is an advocate of the Woodhouse Brand, making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
