Job summary

The Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is hiring full-time and part-time Massage Therapists in North Carolina. Therapists must hold a current NC massage license, deliver exceptional massage and body treatments, and promote Woodhouse services and retail products to guests.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current North Carolina massage license.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments following Woodhouse protocols.
• Educate guests on benefits and recommended products for home use.
• Provide consistent, high-quality treatments and maintain Woodhouse standards.
• Educate guests and promote services and enhancements.
• Maintain professional appearance per Woodhouse dress code.
• Work closely with team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Attend continuing education to improve skills.
