Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our service team in a luxury, guest-centered environment. You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massages, provide wellness guidance, and help maintain an elevated, serene spa experience for every guest.

Successful candidates hold a current state license, at least 500 hours of accredited massage education, and strong communication and retail recommendation skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state massage therapy license.
• Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols.
• Conduct intake consultations and tailor services to each guest’s needs.
• Recommend and retail wellness products.
• Proactively rebook guests at the end of every service.
• Enter SOAP notes and guest records after every appointment.
• Offer upgrades and enhancements with every appointment.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
• Maintain sanitation and equipment readiness.
