The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our luxury service team. You will perform a full menu of massage and body treatments, act as a trusted wellness advisor, and contribute to a culture of excellence in a high-performance environment.

This role emphasizes guest-centered care, technical proficiency, and building a loyal clientele while delivering Woodhouse-approved protocols in a serene, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state massage therapy license.
• Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to maintain attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massages per Woodhouse protocols.
• Conduct intake consultations and tailor every service to guest needs.
• Recommend and retail wellness products.
• Proactively rebook guests at the end of every service.
• Enter SOAP notes and guest records after every appointment.
• Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions.
• Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards.

What You'll Do

• Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols
• Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guest's needs
• Recommend and retail wellness products
• Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service
• Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment
• Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment
• Attend all team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions
• Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

• Achieving and maintaining a 30% or higher rebook rate
• Meeting the 2% retail-to-service ratio through genuine, wellness-focused product recommendations
• Delivering consistently elevated average ticket values through enhancements and upgrades
• Maintaining accurate, detailed SOAP notes and follow-up protocols for every guest
