Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee day‑to‑day maintenance and engineering across the property and lead a small team.

Applicants should have 5+ years in maintenance or engineering (hotel preferred), strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and building systems, plus experience with preventative maintenance and work orders. You’ll manage vendors, contractors and budgets, monitor costs and compliance, and coordinate with hotel

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
