Job summary

Trilogy Spa Holdings is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome guests and guide them through spa services, treatments, packages, and retail products for a seamless luxury experience. You will schedule appointments by phone and in person, handle payments, and check guests in/out with professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining a pristine spa environment, assisting guests throughout their visit, and promoting services and products while meeting Forbes 5 Star standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• At least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience.
• Ability to learn and explain all spa treatments and product benefits to guests.
• Sales-driven with a customer service-oriented personality; able to make recommendations and sell services.
• Polished, professional with strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Booker and Book4Time preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide comprehensive guidance on spa services, treatments, packages and retail products.
• Schedule and book appointments by phone and in person; assist with payment processing.
• Check-in and check-out guests professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote, sell, and upsell spa services, packages and retail products.
• Keep spa areas clean and stocked; ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Provide tours of the facility and inform guests of available services and amenities.
