Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Spa Guest Attendant at Ridgedale, MO (Big Cedar Lodge). The role focuses on delivering serene, personalized service within relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and spa spaces, while modeling Ozarks Hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in guest-facing roles, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a food safety permit within 30 days. Weekend availability is a plus in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Years of experience: 2-4 years guest facing customer service.
• Required Certificate(s) or License(s): Food safety permit (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly by name and provide a personalized arrival experience.
• Escort guests to appropriate areas and assist with locker access and orientation.
• Assist with unlocking lockers and restocking; ensure comfort and navigation.
• Offer beverages, warm neck wraps, towels, and other comforts; anticipate guest needs.
• Replenish toiletries, linens, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and a tranquil spa ambiance in line with five-star standards.
