Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego seeks a Spa Group Sales Coordinator to execute spa and group reservations, while collaborating with Spa, Sales and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on coordinating group bookings, managing reservations, and ensuring highest levels of service in a luxury setting.

You will support the Spa Manager and drive retail sales within the spa boutique, maintaining a Five-Star standard and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide clear and professional telephone communication.
• Capable of handling a high volume of inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills spa reservations for all business segments (group, resort, local, and member guests).
• Assists with guest arrival and departure in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supports Sales and Events team by coordinating all spa-related requests and group reservations.
• Manages group spa reservation lists, contracts, rates, billing, and inventory.
• Monitors and responds to group inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail professionally.
