  • Maintain Forbes-level service standards and guest engagement.
  • Keep treatment spaces clean and luxurious and ensure guest comfort.
  • Educate guests on wellness recommendations and promotions.
  • Build guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.

This role is responsible for delivering elevated therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, restore balance, and support overall wellness within a Forbes Travel Guide-inspired luxury environment.

They understand that luxury hospitality is rooted not only in technical skill, but in emotional connection, thoughtful service, and creating moments that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of massage modalities including therapeutic massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques
  • Conduct personalized guest consultations to assess wellness goals, recommend treatments, and curate individualized experiences
  • Maintain Forbes Travel Guide-level service standards through polished presentation, anticipatory service, and meaningful guest engagement
  • Ensure treatment rooms and spa spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, luxury presentation, and guest comfort
  • Educate guests on wellness recommendations and promote retail offerings and services in a thoughtful, guest-focused manner
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships while cultivating repeat clientele through exceptional service and professionalism
  • Comply with all state and local licensing regulations, sanitation guidelines, and spa policies
Qualifications & Experience
  • Current state massage therapy license and all required certifications
  • Prior luxury spa, resort, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and bodywork modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create genuine guest connections
  • Ability to intuitively read guest preferences and adapt service style accordingly
  • Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and elevated guest care
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as business demands require
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable luxury experiences
