Kohler Co. is seeking a Cafe Coordinator to supervise front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Kohler Spa cafes. The role includes cafe operations, inventory management, and staff onboarding, aligned with Forbes and Kohler Luxury Standards.
Work is onsite in Kohler, WI, with hours 5:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends and weekdays. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and ServSafe or equivalent
The Cafe Coordinator provides supervisory support for the Kohler, helping to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role supports daily cafe operations, inventory/ordering management, spa events and activations, and serves as a knowledgeable resource on spa services, amenities, and cafe offerings while upholding Forbes and Kohler Luxury Standards.

This is a full-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours vary between 5:00 am - 6:00 pm.
The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
