Job summary

A luxury resort and casino seeks a wine expert to ensure excellence in wine presentation and service across multiple venues. Responsible for managing wine lists, training team members, and collaborating with the Corporate Director of Beverage on wine inventories. Candidates should have a strong foundation in wine knowledge, including production methods and regions, along with at least two years of luxury service or management experience. Knowledge from the Court of Master Sommelier is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation of wine knowledge including production methods, regions, grape varieties, and vintages.
• At least two years of restaurant service or management experience in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage wine list and training of beverage team members.
• Work closely with Corporate Director of Beverage on inventory and wine lists.
• Assist in the planning of wine dinners.
