Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is hiring a Sommelier to curate and elevate the wine experience for guests. You will manage the wine program, educate staff, and pair wines with culinary offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant excellence.

You will oversee inventory, tastings, and staff training, collaborating with culinary and management teams to develop thoughtful pairings for menus and events while maintaining Forbes/AAA service standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience as a sommelier or advanced wine professional in luxury or fine dining.
• Certified Sommelier (CMS Level 2 or WSET Level 3) required; advanced preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of global wine regions, producers, varietals, and pairings.

Responsabilidades

• Guide guests through the wine list and pairing recommendations.
• Manage wine inventory including ordering, receiving, organizing, and storage.
• Create and update wine lists while ensuring licensing, health, and safety compliance.
