Responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests, maintaining a polished dining room, and supporting opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be an intermediate skier or snowboarder.
• 6 months of restaurant service experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and table settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Adhere to the F&B sequence of service for a seamless dining experience.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Present menus and guide members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and workstation.
• Perform opening/closing duties and set up/break down dining areas.
• Handle inquiries and requests professionally and discreetly.
• Resolve issues or complaints promptly.
