Edgewood Tahoe Resort in South Lake Tahoe seeks a Ski Ambassador/Concierge to lead skier services, including coordination with Heavenly Mountain partners and mountain offerings. You will guide private and group lessons, coordinate mountain services, and serve as the primary contact for ski-related guest inquiries, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on guest service, communication, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest-facing roles within ski, outdoor recreation, or related industries.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Prior hotel or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee the skier services program for Edgewood Tahoe Resort, focusing on Heavenly Mountain partnerships.
• Coordinate and support all mountain sports activities including lessons, mountain guides, children’s ski school, transportation, and personalized mountain services.
• Serve as the primary liaison for ski-related guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Support ski-related operations such as rentals, fittings, ski valet, boot warming, ticketing assistance, and regional ski resort information.
• Maintain knowledge of skier services and act as a resource for guests and internal teams.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure consistent ski and resort information communication to guests.
• Address and resolve guest issues related to skier services with internal and external partners as needed.
• Support the Concierge Department to ensure smooth resort operations.
• Perform other related duties to support team success.
