Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Desire to learn NetSuite and showroom point-of-sale systems.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide sales assistance to walk-in showroom customers.
• Take phone calls and emails coming to the showroom for product- and order-related questions.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
• Make sales calls on builders, designers, architects, and other potential customers.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and follow up via phone, email, and marketing.
• Update and maintain product displays and literature.
• Keep updated on current products and product trends.
• Participate in product and sales training.
• Work with other staff members to ensure great customer service from order to delivery.
