Job summary

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of our showroom. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with starting pay $17/hour and a raise to $18 after 90 days, plus weekly pay and benefits.

You’ll greet guests, route visitors, notify sales staff, answer calls, maintain the showroom lounge, and support the sales team with professionalism and confidence in a luxury dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a busy environment with frequent in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome.
• Determine the purpose of each visit and guide customers to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales staff when customers arrive and connect with the right salesperson.
• Answer and route incoming calls or take accurate messages.
• Maintain and manage key inventory for the sales team.
• Prepare light refreshments and keep the café and service lounge clean.
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Follow receptionist procedures and support dealership staff as needed.
