Job summary

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a friendly, organized Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department. This full-time role runs 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

and offers benefits including health and dental insurance and paid vacation. You will greet service customers, direct guests, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with loaner vehicles, keep the café area tidy, and support dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
• Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
• Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
• Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
• Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.
