Job summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Chicago’s West Loop showroom. You will provide an exceptional in-person experience, assist customers with diamond and setting selections, and guide them through purchases to reflect our luxury brand and product quality.

The role requires a full-time schedule with weekend availability, in-store, and a compensation budget of $18-$20 per hour. You will engage with customers online and in person, uphold showroom standards, and act as a brand

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury jewelry sales or high-end retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong team collaboration and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry and explaining settings and diamonds.
• Greet customers and guide them through the purchasing process with a personalized experience.
• Handle high showroom traffic and manage inquiries via chat, phone, and in-store.
• Maintain showroom presentation and coordinate product flow with the distribution center.
