You will be a key contact for members during showroom visits, ensuring exceptional service in a premium environment and assisting with showroom upkeep, product handling, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in luxury or fashion a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in designer handbags, accessories, or luxury fashion.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic software, email, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members during showroom appointments, providing a premium in-person experience.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness to create a luxurious environment.
• Prepare beverages and amenities for members for a comfortable visit.
• Conduct regular product and showroom checks for display quality and condition.
• Assist with processing member orders, swaps, and returns accurately.
• Support product cleaning and basic quality control checks before handing items to members.
• Communicate with members via email or messaging for order updates and appointments.
• Assist with preparing for virtual and in-person appointments, ensuring items are staged.
• Provide basic product and brand knowledge to help members make informed selections (training provided).
• Collaborate with showroom and operations teams to maintain smooth daily workflow.
