Job summary

STARK is looking for an Account Associate for their New York City showroom. This client-facing role supports Account Managers and offers a career foundation in luxury sales and interior design. Responsibilities include participating in a sales training program, providing showroom coverage, and offering administrative support. Qualifications

• Prior carpet experience is ideal.
• Industry-related or luxury brand experience is a plus.
• Experience in the design industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail or to-the-trade sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on sales fundamentals.
• Provide exceptional front desk and showroom coverage.
• Provide sales and administrative support to Account Managers.
• Work closely with Account Managers to learn skills and assist in tasks.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to team success.
