Stark Carpet Corp. is seeking a driven Account Associate to support our sales team and deliver world-class service to our luxury design clientele.

This role offers a premier entry point into the luxury interiors industry and is designed as a clear professional pathway toward an Account Manager career. As a key member of the sales team, the Account Associate serves as the operational backbone, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless order execution and showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Interest in interior design, textiles, and luxury home furnishings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished demeanor.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; luxury retail/showroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Execute accurate quote preparation, order entry, and proactive follow-up to ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a secondary contact for clients with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain CRM records to track project status and client history.
• Deliver high-touch service with product knowledge, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate sampling, CFA requests, and freight quotes.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
