Job summary

Insight Global seeks a polished Design Studio Supervisor to lead a premier luxury showroom for a leading lighting and smart-building technology manufacturer. You will be on-site, ensure a professional, presentation-ready space, and partner with the Showroom Assistant to manage daily operations.

You will deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients, designers, architects, and partners, tailoring experiences and supporting sales conversations and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior sales, luxury retail, showroom operations, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Polished professional communication with executives and designers.
• Ability to tailor presentations to different audiences.
• Experience supporting customer events and high-visibility engagements.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to own and manage a client-facing studio independently.
• Willingness to work occasional events outside standard hours.
