Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks a Dior Shoe Ambassador to support the Neiman Marcus Dior shoe business. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, share product knowledge, and maintain Dior visual standards. You’ll collaborate with store teams, manage stock, and ensure smooth POS operations.

The role emphasizes strong brand alignment, luxury service, and ongoing relationship-building with department store teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver personalized service and partner with leased department store teams.
• Provide product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience.
• Build relationships with leased department store sellers and communicate feedback to management.
• Support training, styling guidance, and collection insights for sales teams.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and complete POS operations accurately.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and daily operational tasks.
