Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Kentucky seeks a Dior Shoe Ambassador to support daily sales, client journeys, recruitment, and boutique operations within Neiman Marcus. You will deliver brand storytelling, maintain luxury service standards, and partner with department store teams to elevate the client experience.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail or operations, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver personalized service.
• Partner effectively with leased department store teams.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with leased department store sellers.
• Provide training, styling guidance, and collection insights to store teams.
• Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.
• Complete boutique opening/closing procedures, POS operations, and Dioroutine tasks.
• Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures.
• Support preparation and packaging of client purchases.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Oversee product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals.
• Maintain organization of stockrooms and boutique work areas.
• Manage daily operational tasks, supply ordering, and Dioroutine priorities.
• Complete daily/weekly reporting including exceptions and banking reconciliation.
• Support overall boutique operations adhering to policies and compliance.
